More about me

I was born in Mexico and grew up in the Great State of Texas. I moved here to Texas when I was 4 with my mom and my sister. My dad and my extended family on his side lived in Mexico for many years but now they mostly all live in the U.S.A.

I love both places. When I got arrested immigration put an “ICE hold” on me which was stupid because I am an “American Citizen Born Abroad”, according to my birth certificate.  I think both countries have a lot of good and a lot of bad. Mexico and it’s culture are awesome, I really appreciate my roots, and miss my family.

I like the country, and I like camping, fishing and swimming, especially down on the Guadalupe. My idea of a good time involves good music, good friends, and a good woman too.  I like to play music on my guitar or my harmonica.  I like being happy and loving life and always feeling that soul, baby. I like listening to, singing and playing all kinds of music and I like the lyrics for country because they always have a story to tell.

I left behind a dog, a truck, my family and a few good friends. I miss them all a lot. Funny, it seems plenty of people don’t know I am here. A lot don’t even care and haven’t bothered to wonder where I went one day to the next. The ones that matter, know.

On the physical side, I guess I am a “white hispanic”. I am 5’11”, medium stocky build, green eyes, shaved head, close trimmed facial hair. I have 7 tattoos.

Want to know more about me or tell me about yourself? You can write me at texasmagnum@intexasprison.com.  My family member will then print out and forward any emails on to me via snail-mail so give me a bit to reply. (Anyone who has done time will tell you, getting mail is a highlight of the day for us.)
